What exactly are those at the admission staff looking for when they require a title of your choice essay? Should it be scientific only about serious matters, should it be more about my daily life and activities or just about a random theme?

There is no ‘should’, they leave it up to you because deciding what to write about is part of the trick. How interesting/clever/judicious are you? But college essays are personal essays and not ‘scientific only’. Nor are they about your daily life usually. Why don’t you read some sample prompts to see the types of things they are interested in. It is more about what values you hold, what passions you have, how you dealt with adversity, how to interact with your world and hopefully how you improve it.
