<p>It’s pretty easy – I have a friend who made one. You basically need a minimum number of people (it’s a small number), and you fill out an application. StudCo then has to approve it, and I believe those meetings happen monthly. Go to the Student Activities Center in Newcomb, they’ll know the exact process.</p>
