<p>I was just wondering, how many of you will be going to the US for the first time, to pursue further education? This means that you have never visited the country, and will be setting foot on American Soil for the first time just about 30 days before the start of your program :)</p>
<p>Hello amantho! I fall into the category of people you mentioned above. Are you one of them too? I don’t think I fear the initial setback of not being used to the climate, or not being able to mingle around with fellow peers. It’s a whole new adventure for me!</p>

<p>Me too I will be going for the first time to US. It is a bit worrying, I hope to find friends there, this country is very far from home, however I heard there should be very friendly people.</p>

<p>I am almost in the category. I have close family members in the US, and I visited them once a very long time ago. But I have very faint recollections of that visit, so I consider myself to still be a … virgin if you might say :)</p>
