Is it necessary for a cbse/isc student to appear for ielts or toefl as a proof of english proficiency for getting admission into Hong Kong University, City University of Hong Kong or CUHK.
Can the score of English subject of board exam not substitute toefl or ielts as it is in HKUST?</p>
U need TOEFL …compulsory .Toefl tests ur listening and speaking abilities also .Do u think english subject of your board will test that ?
