I am a French student. I hope to go to MIT next year in Master of Science in Transportation. As I am an international student, I have to take the TOEFL exam. However, I got 93, and it is written on MIT CEE’s website a minimum of 100. I would like to take it again but there is no date anymore …
But, on other websites of the University, it is written 90 is the minimum.

So, do you think with 93 to the TOEFL they will definitively reject my application or not ?

There are dates in January in Paris if you hurry.
If the CEE Master’s program requires 100, you need to have 100. MIT has three times the number of qualified applicants it needs, so being lower/unqualified in any way means you have no chance. Even with a 100, your odds are very low (you need excellent grades, research with a professor or presentation/s at (a) conference/s, various ways in which you’ve distinguished yourself.)

The problem is the date of the end of application on December 15th …

But my question is : if admission members saw I am under 100 on TOEFL test, would they directly reject my application without checking the other informations ?

Because, except that I am second of promotion in a well-known French Engeeniring University which sends every year 3 students to MIT and has partnership with other American Universities such as Berkeley. I also did many projects focused on transportation. …

The fact your school is well-known doesn’t matter. What matters is what YOU, personally, have accomplished. So the many projects focused on transportation are good or being ranked second in your class is important. Nevertheless, you’ll be compared to literally thousands of applicants from the rest of the world. If you’re the best applicant from your school and you don’t make the cut, then no one from your school will make it into MIT this year.
One exception: if you’re not applying to get a degree there, just to take classes as an exchange student but remain registered at your own school. Then they may be lenient.
In a nutshell: if you’re applying for a “regular” admission, yes it’s highly likely your application wouldn’t be considered because of that 93.
Email MIT to see if they’d accept results from a test taken in December (there are tests Dec 19, 20th, I think…) If they do, check to see if there are still some openings elsewhere in France to take the TOEFL in December, but hurry because I would imagine there are lots of people who would try to take the test then. Then, study seriously with a prep book and take a lot of practice tests until you score 100 several times.
