<p>Hey guys. I have a problem. I printed out a additional score request and i dont know how to fill it up - what is a registration number. and What if my center number has one letter and four digits - there is only room for for characters?

<p>When you registered for the test, you were asigned a registration number. So, I guess you should use that. As for the test center number, I have no clue…</p>

<p>Can anyone tell me a link to website with additional score report form for computer based test? I was able to find only paper based TOEFL</p>

<p>Registration Number should be the Appointment Number…Your official score report from ETS has all the information.</p>
