Top Chef Colorado

That makes me so sad about Fatima! When do we think this season was taped? Last spring? Padma is a classy lady.

Is anyone still watching? It’s fun that the remaining chefs are so likable and get along so well.

I was excited for the winning chef who got the super bowl tickets as he was a big football fan. And his team is in? How great is that?

I’m still watching but find it one of the more boring seasons.

I watched most of last night…saw the winners but missed which one got kicked off.
Was assuming it would be the chef Joe with the mustache because Tom really didn’t like his mac & cheese.

Spoiler…

It was Fatima due to her terrible nachos and she also lost on LCK.

Please don’t put spoilers in. Even with the space provided when the page opens up, it can be seen.

So I’m watching this show again. I think the wrong person went home in flower challenge. Hard to say which would tast worse, bad Mac and cheese or nachos.

Finished catching up. I’m really enjoying this season because I like many of the contestants - hard to pick a favorite. Lots of talent. Not too much drama which is good. Kind of like the reasons I enjoy watching the Great British Bakeoff.

I was impressed with the Restaurant wars episode and how smoothly things went - both front and back of house -especially for the winning team. That’s some skill and experience to be able to put it together so quickly and have it function well, especially with other people who are used to being in charge. Interesting to watch professionals cooperate and run things so smoothly.

I liked Restaurant Wars, but it was so painful to see the shots of the contestant from one team saying things like, “Oh, we’re so even, how will the judges decide?” interspersed with shots of the judges criticizing that team.

I think it showed the importance of and the difference in the two contestants operating in the executive chef role for that episode. Interesting because they both serve in that capacity IRL but one took a more team based approach for sure.
