Transcript trouble

I took dual-enrollment classes in high school, but only some of them were for high school credit. Therefore, only some of the courses I took appear on my high school transcript because those are used to fulfill graduation requirement. I emailed each college I am applying to individually and they all said it was ok to only submit the high school transcript. I made it VERY clear that the high school transcript contained only the courses that were going to fulfilling my high school requirement.

However, I am now seeing that some colleges will require me to submit these DE transcripts separately. Both my GC and the admissions officers said I did not have to do this at the time of application, as I only had to include those courses going to my college credit. Additionally, these do not factor into my HS GPA, because they are not fulfilling HS credit. Will the admissions care that there are courses on their that do not appear on my college transcript, and they only see them after I am admitted? These courses do lower my GPA slightly, but only because they are junior and senior level college courses.

I don’t want my admission to be taken away, but I have written proof from each and every college that I only needed to include the HS transcript with the courses that went toward my high school requirement.

I am not sure that I see a problem. If a college or university wants to see your transcript from some community college courses that you have taken, then you send them the transcript. I doubt that “lower my GPA slightly” will be a problem. College courses are supposed to be more difficult than high school courses.

The most obvious consequence that occurs to me is that you might enter university with some academic credits for already taken college courses. I do not see a problem with this.

Am I missing something?

I think you already answered your own question.

Common app has a place where you enter all the schools, including CC. If the places you applied to want to see all the grades, I would think they let you know.

I have had some disagreements with other members on this board regarding classes taken, not reported anywhere, becoming problematic. But that doesn’t seem to apply to you.

I think you are all set. Colleges would be reaching out if they had questions or need something else.

Perfect thanks everyone! I was just a little worried I would have an incomplete application, or the colleges would think I was purposely withholding. I guess it’s just the post-college app jitters haha.
