Oh yes, another “ranking” again , not worth the paper it’s written on 
. It’s perfectly easy to go to a school like Tulane and not join a fraternity a sorority or be a partier. Just because the school gets a reputation it may not be accurate, it may or may not be current and it’s very easy to avoid even if the other two are true.
