Transfer students wanting to transfer to a state school! (UVA, VTech, JMU, UVA, GWU, GMU)

Please excuse my formatting.

Description of myself: 23, Asian.

High School GPA: Very very low-average. I believe it was a 2.3-2.5. Very bad, did not apply myself.

School that I want to attend: In-state: George Washington Uni, V-tech, University of Virginia, George Mason Uni or James Madison Uni.

Intended Major: Biology.

Ultimate Goal: Med School.

SAT/ACT: Did not take. Did not care back then.

Current College GPA/Credits/Status: 3.50/ 30 credits. Currently finishing up gen-eds full-time at a regionally accredited online college.

Extracurricular activities: Former fires(rockets, artillery, airstrikes etc.) observer. Currently Intel Analyst. Multiple military skill-identifier schools(Think jump school for instance) that I don’t deem necessary to share individually. Fluent in native language and English. Hold a high level clearance?(I apologize, I’m running out of ideas).

Side note: I am using Tuition Assistance to fund my general education classes and then planning to use my G.I Bill to cover my core classes. Ultimately I am trying to plan it as to have two years left of the yellow ribbon program for med school.(Obviously, scholarships if accepted would aid immensely) I would then have to save or take out loans that will cover 100,000 dollars. Thankfully I have already saved 60% of that during my deployments and frugal living as a soldier with virtually no bills.

Question: Would only having 30 credits so far and a morbidly disgusting H.S GPA affect my admission chances?

Background: This decision is very crucial for me as attending an in-person brick and mortar college for my core courses will require me being there in person therefore I would have to quit my decently high paying profession that pays my mortgage. With that being said, I am allowed to move back to my parents’ house to be able to put all the basic housing allowance money that is roughly around 2400 USD a month from my GI bill/yellow ribbon to my med school fund and allow to have tenants renting out my property.

I want to be able to fund everything without the aid of my parents/student loans and so far I have and will be planning to continue to do so.
Thanks!

Sorry for the reddit-like format. I have a thread there also but was immediately insulted on how my life sucked, how my high school GPA is crap, how I did not have the courage to take the SATs and how much more successful he is going to be than myself.

Anyway, thanks!
