Ok so I want to transfer to a new school but I don’t want my bad grades to carry over so if I applied to a new school as a freshman does it create any complication or anything I should know about
Yes, you have lied on your application. Enrolment history is kept in a national data base. It will be discovered and you will be denied admission.

Your new school WILL find out about your old one. Maybe not right away, but they will. And when that happens, you will be expelled for lying on your application. You will be out your tuition money and whatever time you’ve put in at the new school. And there will be a record of your expulsion, further complicating your situation.
