Translate Mid Year Report, through Common App

Hello everyone, I am an international student and I have a question regarding the Mid Year report.
When sending the mid year report through Common App, does my counselor need to provide a scanned copy of the official Mid Year report?
If so, is a translated copy also required?

Many Colleges understand different formats of transcripts from foreign schools, so unless you are required to hire a3rd agency to translate your transcript(which is pricey), you don’t need.to.
