Translation of my course into US equivalent?

Hi, I’m from Europe and just wanted to ask how you would “translate” the name of my current undergraduate course in US/international terms, especially for a resume/CV.

My course is called “International Economics and Management”.

I noticed for example that in the US “Business studies” is more commonly used but I’m not sure whether it’s the same as “Management”.

Is there a difference between the two?

Some of the business/management core modules I’m taking are:
-Management
-Accounting and financial statement analysis
-Finance theory and mathematics
-Statistics
-Comparative business law
and then there are several electives in addition to the economics core modules.

I thought I could call myself an “Economics major and business studies minor” in US terms?

I wouldn’t bother. The terms “International Economics and Management” are clearly understood. I would not bother with any translation. Then there would be no need to justify whether any translation was apt.
