Proceed to Checkout is frozen. Does anyone know what is going on?
That’s strange. I ordered something just yesterday from that site and had no issues. I just put something else in my bag now and had no problem with the Proceed to Checkout. What browser do you use? I usually use Firefox.
Out of date browsers, ad blockers, popup blockers, etc can cause such issues.
I’ve had trouble with the Macy’s site to pay my bill. I’ve been instructed to use a different browser. It’s been fine lately on Firefox.
I tried my iPad this morning and it went through after I allowed a pop up .
Home computer still freezes at checkout.
Bet it has to do with ad blockers we have set.

Yes, it’s probably the ad blocker. I’ve been running into more and more sites lately that don’t behave until I turn off AdBlocker Plus for that address.
