Depends on the school! But my sense from reading the threads for previous years is, in most cases it’s between January (the earliest) and March, with some outliers in both directions.
I am sure part of it is how they administer the TE awards internally – so, if they don’t do it on a rolling basis, and don’t explicitly favor ED or EA applicants, then they may only start considering who to give it to after the RD deadline has passed.
Thoughts on if they consider housing deposits in TE? I wouldn’t think so but who knows what schools look at sometimes.

Is everyone still just waiting? My colleague already heard back (accepted) from one of the smaller schools. At first I was skeptical, then just envious. Happy for them! But now I keep checking the portal (knowing better) because I’m curious.
No TE decisions here yet. Although I admit I check the website every day.
We are waiting on submitting all our TE applications until S25 has his ED results.
We have started hearing back. One school notified us of the TE award with a phone call, the other school changed the status on the TE Portal to “Import Approved”.

Thank you! Exciting for sure… another TE approval came in over the Thanksgiving break (via the TE portal), so we’re feeling blessed. All smaller East Coast schools and not highly competitive… which might explain why we’re hearing early for some.

Did anyone has/had any experience with Tulane?
My son transferred this Spring and already there. We submitted the TE in Oct 2024 once he was accepted.
What his chances of getting it? He will have to leave omit he doesn’t get it. The ticket price is huge! Thanks
