i’m sure there’ll be another wave at some point today - the tulane 2021 facebook group grew by like 60 members since thursday, so those must be the people who received their letters (cause letters are mailed thurs and portal is updated mon)

@GAcollegemom6 i would have assumed that too, but i’ve been checking the facebook group daily to see the number fluctuations. it grew by about 300 members last monday (because of the wave) and has been climbing by about 1 or 2 a day since then. so hopefully the recent influx is a good sign…!
Let’s hope that some come out!! Even if I didn’t hear, I’d love to see some of you get acceptances!

@GAcollegemom6 yes! on the 11/14 i believe, some had portal updates as late as 9:15 pm ET… so we still have an hour going off of that

Omg I don’t understand why no one got a decision tonight. It is extremely frustrating to still be waiting. If we don’t hear tonight do people think we will have to wait until the 20th?
Also do we think we can hear tonight even though 8 passed?

there is still next monday, but honestly who knows. best bet is to contact someone in admissons and ask
someone earlier in the thread mentioned that they contacted admissions and they said that most decisions would be released close to the deadline… I know it is close to the deadline but maybe that means next week only?
This process SUCKS.
maybe that means some (probably accept) will be released on mondays but most (defferals and some accept) will be on the 20th or 15th
I know that this isn’t want anybody wants to talk about but do you guys know how deferment works? As in the odds of getting in later after getting deferred? Is our early decision agreement still in effect? Tulane is my top school but I am kind of weary about hearing a decision back in late June when all the financial aid/scholarships/housing are already maxed out!
