Hi - Did your daughter find a roommate yet? Our daughter is most likely (99%) transferring to Tulane from SMU in Dallas. We live about an hour north of New Orleans. Our daughter will major in communications and minor in drama. She is a very good student and has just started looking for a roommate.

Accepted as an incoming junior at West Point. Havenāt received financial aid package yet. Is anyone looking for an off campus roommate? I live in Baton Rouge and donāt plan on commuting an hour and a half every day.
I also got accepted in early April and havenāt received a financial aid package yet, but I think my problem was that they were taking a while to process my non-custodial parent waiver form. @nadia77

Youāre not quoting the correct poster. Nevertheless, youāll eventually come to realize that there is more to a school than perceived prestige or rankings. Students fit better at some schools than others, and the wise beyond their years students pick the place where they best fit, not the school with the most recognizable brand.
