Won Daniel Ackers Scholarship, $5,000 /year. Applied to Honors College but no word yet.

Thoughts: Excited! and was not expecting the Daniel Ackers Scholarship, never heard of it. Am I still considered for the Provost Scholarship or are applicants awarded either the Provost or the ackers scholarship?

I’m not set on attending yet. I’m still leaning a bit more towards Rensselaer, but I have to see how much I’ll end up getting from RPI and I’m still waiting on Carnegie Mellon too, although the financial situation is the same for CMU and RPI

I got a $2,500/year scholarship.

Earlier today, I was just talking about how I have heard nothing from Buffalo yet! So when I came home, I was so happy to see the packet; and I became even happier when I saw “Congrats” on the cover. Buffalo sent me a huge envelope before and contained nothing. I was scared it was another ■■■■■ packet.

Is it bad if you got a letter from UB saying some of your friends may have gotten their letters but yours will be there by march?.. getting so nervous.
