<p>Ok, my friend and I got into a dispute yesterday about his grades. I told him that he had to make up his D- in history to be eligible for UCs. He told me that he could do the second option: half-year of USH and half year of Gov’t. Is this true? The course at school isn’t like that (its one whole year of USH). Will he be able to apply to UCs without making that up, if his plan doesnt work?</p>
