UC Berkeley 2016 Transfer Thread

@boxandwhiskers Right I’m on my phone and I panicked when I saw the drop down menu… Should’ve read carefully first haha. I still sent an email because I want an official answer, I’ll get back to you all once I got a reply.

What does it mean of "Proof of Summer Enrollment? Does it indicate Summer of 2016?
I won’t take this summer session. I think this request would send those who are supposed to take summer of 2016

Hi! I saw on one website that summarizes the enrollment acceptance/rejection at Cal, that they are releasing some admission notices on March 17? Is that true?

I am so scared of the decision…

@ediikiins I don’t think ucb releases decisions in batches. They’ve always seemed to release them all at once (for transfers).

Thaaaanks. I was quite unsure. How will they release it? by email? or my mail?

It should just be available on the admission portal on April 28th. But a time is not given. Although, history has shown that it’s likely to be released in the afternoon.

29th*
Less than two months. @-)

Oops thank you :wink: I’m trying to shed the wait time lol

@sugarbabies3 I don’t blame you!

I plan to take Friday, the 29th off from all schoolwork to check my portal relentlessly - and I’ll probably request the weekend off from my job as well. I’ll be a nervous wreck come mid-April.

Good move @goldencub I’ll be following in your footsteps, and if I was able, I’d be drinking all weekend lol

@blsUCtransfer The admissions@berkeley.edu one

Hi guys! It’s ok to update my winter grades now on the TAU right? Just want to make sure haha

@MugBoy Certainly. Just keep in mind that they will probably not be considered during the rendering of a decision.

@Cheolf Cool! I know they might not consider it but I wanted to just give them the most up-to-date grades and planned coursework. Thank you!

49 days left, everybody.

Is anyone else planning to study abroad (either for a summer or a semester)?

I might study abroad if Donald Trump becomes the president.

wookie noises

@goldencub Where would you like to study abroad?

@Cheolf I dunno. Europe has an open borders policy, so likely somewhere in Europe. Oxford is an option - I think that would be really exciting. We’ll see if/when the time comes.

Hi everybody
so did anyone does/not to do the international student interview?

and I am still a little bit worry about this semester grade since I got so F**Ked up this semester :frowning:
