Did your class, PE was not affected in your IGETC or Prerequisites?
And you will retake this class over summer session?
@UFJbank thanks! No the PE class was not part if my Igetc or my prerequisite for UC. It was part of the requirements for my AA at my community college but i had to drop it otherwise it was gonna fail it.
For the sake of information even though it reflects poorly on me:
I dropped TWO courses this semester. One was related to my major (but not articulated as a major pre-req) and the other was just a UC transferable 3 unit elective. My admission was upheld at both UCLA and Berkeley.
@kiracakes Honestly, I would attend the university that you feel most drawn two in that case. These are two of the top research universities not only in the state, but in the world. If you want research, internships, experience, etc, then you will find them at either. Especially with anthropology give that it is such a quality or quantity study. You are going to want to focus your students in one or two primary areas of the field anyway, so if you can find that at UCB, then it really does not matter if UCLA has 20 more classes or something.
Social science in general is ranked slightly higher at UCLA than UCB, but it wasn’t even a debate for me given the environmental differences. I even much prefer the fact that there are far fewer impacted degrees at UCB. Aside from the fact that I am doubling majoring, it also opens the door for more freedom when it comes to electives and dabbling in other departments.

Does anyone know what the foreign language requirement for Berkeley is? Is it 2 or 3 years high school equivalency?
@topchoiceschool Berkeley, at least for Haas, required 3 years for high school. I did just 2 in high school, so I had to start a language all over again. I was able to fulfill it with just 2 semesters of a 3 (semester) unit course.

guys I’m having a problem sending in my SIR but the office is closed today. I clicked the 3rd star on map@berkeley and it took me to the cal central portal. I don’t have a cal net id yet so i logged in by clicking the link to log in with my map@berk info. but on the cal central website, its completely blank. theres nothing on my calendar, no next steps links, etc. what does this mean
