^^ Looks like Cal doesn’t have a system in place to accept digital transcripts from Parchment. It’ll have to be paper transcripts for now.
Has anyone submitted their HS Transcripts yet? Do you recall how long it took for Cal to update it in your dashboard?

I sent one of my transcripts the weekend I got accepted and still haven’t heard back. My guess is that they don’t even touch them until mid-June. Which is understandable. I just want them to approve of them so that I get rid of this conditional acceptance status.
I think most of us have holds. I think it has to do with needing to meet with an advisor, which will release the hold and allow us to register.
On another note, is 6/1 really the deadline to upload a photo for our student ID? Or is it true that we can get a photo taken on campus or at CalSO?
Is anyone not considering attending CalSO by any chance? I’m curious how badly this would screw us over. I don’t care about learning more about the school and meeting friends, I can do that without spending 200 dollars. I’m concerned about being able to enroll in courses and how much of that is dependent on attending CalSO.
@Philosoup I’ll be studying abroad and absolutely can’t go to CalSO. Just going to have to bank on there being enough classes for me to get into the 3 I need for 13 units. It depends on your major and classes you want/need for your first semester, because it’s certainly not an ideal place in line, but you won’t be alone 
@philosoup, it’s where you register for the first phase of classes. Not going to CalSO will put you at a disadvantage. I would go and aim for an early date.
How to sign up for classes? How to know which classes to take? I am thinking of Near Eastern Studies but I got accepted as a History major? How will I know which courses overlap? I need an academic planner! Also I have 60 units done, my major has 8 courses worth 24 units. I think 6 units need to be not history. Does this mean the other half can be anything I want it to?
yeah…anyone know what photo they are submitting? Does it have to be taken professionally ?
@arashid142 I’m submitting a passport picture. It doesn’t have to be taken professionally, but choose a good picture! It has to be forward-facing, no hat, etc.
Does anyone else who has submitted an application for housing have nothing under the “University Role” section under “Profile Information”? It says please select despite the fact that the option is blocked out.
Hello! Any regent’s scholars? I have submitted my contract and SIR’d, is there anything else we have to do? I am getting anxiety about missing something for some reason. Also did your financial aid layout change after receiving the scholarship? Mine does not show me how much I am paying per term anymore but it does show my net cost. I have been trying to figure out why this happened. I tried calling financial aid as well as visiting them but they seemed more confused than I am. Thanks in advanced.

All the classes I need/want are full of almost full…does anyone know if Cal is saving seats for us at Calso? What am I supposed to do if all the classes I need are full:/
