do you guys know whether we will need to check our portals constantly, or if they will send an email? i think they’ll update the portal and then take some time to send the email

Okay, they first lied stating that we are only denied due to space limitations. Now they are lying about decisions being made by June 1st. I see no update to my application portal.

Hey guys! I just called the office of undergraduate admissions and I was told that they are a little bit behind schedule and they did not release a decision yesterday. I kindly asked when they would expect a final decision to be made on my application and the person on the other end said that they would release a decision by at least the end of this month! My mouth almost dropped, not only was I shocked that they didn’t post anything yesterday, but I also had to call to find out that it is going to possibly be another month to find out if I was accepted. The person on the other end said that he expects that they will have a decision within one or two weeks, but still that is so ridiculous! I was so looking forward to yesterday, knowing that it would all be over, YES or NO, but now I have to wait even longer. Please let me know your thoughts, I am just as saddened as all of you. Stay strong and give them a call as well! Thank you! We will get through this together!

Ah geez this is out of hand. Ucsd is basing their waitlist off berkeley and LA… so at least you guys don’t ha e to wait as long as I do! Been on the waitlist for 7 weeks. A wait of any duration is brutal
