A UCSD rep came to my school and said any test without writing will not be looked at. I am not sure if this holds true for all schools, hopefully it doesn’t!

@Achen41 Unfortunately, I think they only look at the best score with writing. They also don’t superscore which sucks for me cause one time I did well at math and another time I did well at English
Can’t wait to be rejected like all the other UC’s I applied to!! If I get rejected from UCB I’ll officially be saying sayonara to California so this should be WONDERFUL.

Depends. The admissions committee make a decision based on your entire situation
According to the UC Berkeley twitter the results will be posted sometime before 11:59pm PST
Hi guys I am an international A-level student and so since my IGCSE exams (grades 9-10) and now A-levels (grades 11-12) I never had to study history. Does this mean I am automatically disqualified from UC Berkeley admissions because I don’t meet the A-G subject criteria? thanks

Ah - I forgot UC’s only took ACT with writing. DS got a 36 but not with writing. His score with writing was a 34.

@lisalisae Hey! I actually replied to you on the USC thread a bit ago, because you had mentioned his rejection and FSU/UNC. They’re both great schools I’m also considering, AND I also have applied to Berkeley, AND I also live in Arkansas! The odds, am I right?
I hope your son has a good result from Berkeley - admissions are a crap shoot at this point and you never know that he might be what UCB’s looking for! Otherwise, he’s got a great variety of schools to choose from, as well. Best of luck!
Darn, I finally got inducted into the 4-address gang 2 days ago for the first time since I applied, and I got kicked right back into the 2-address gang this morning, lol.
Can’t wait to get denied from here like I did from UCSB!

Does anyone know what time decisions were released 2 years ago? Maybe releasing at 3:00 was a fluke?
