Nvm. Sorry. Yes I have fall semester and same prefix. As a measure, if it’s accepted into l&s I am not attending. I don’t want to go through the stress of applying to haas in sophomore year.

While I do believe you, I personally have observed the exact opposite at my school. Are you certain that these people have not lied on their application in any way (especially concerning extracurriculars).
Does anyone know if the IDs are still coming in waves? Like will new applicants keep getting them until the day before?
I have no clue if they lied on their apps (i have my suspicions), but even still with the amount of students who have insane awards it would be hard to get away with a low gpa.
100%, many people on here have said only high ranked applicants have IDs at their schools and others dont

I still don’t think they would waitlist people just based on common logic. I just feel like people are salty that’s it.

In the context of my school, it is the bottom 20%. 20% of students in my class have a 4.0 UW.
for what i have seen , my friend who got it is top 7% and my other friend is higher, the super high level people told me they dont awnna check cause they are scared, but i also got it and i think im just under top 10% in terms of weighted gpa

extenuating circumstances are possible! + ucb is very very holistic. does your school do class rankings? for example at my school 3.7 is also very low, but we don’t do class rankings so its hard to tell

yes. im atleast top 9% (prob higher but we dont do rank) and asked friends with lower gpas and i was the only one with an ID so far out of 6 ish

im ranked 1st over my whole cohort and got an id!!! and my other friend who has hella stunner awards didnt get an id

Bro I just applied to ATDP, and I have confirmation from people who have attended and TA’d in the program that they don’t have IDs, so its not cope. I also applied in 2023, so my ID wouldn’t start with 3041.
