i had a seperate portal but i never had a calnet id. there were options to apply via calnet but since we are not berk students we used MAP and I never got any calnet id emailed to me or anything. the reference numbers for the DD was either a unique one for the DD or the same one as on my MAP portal. the first time i saw my calnet id was thru campus solutions.
It’s worked for the past years with essentially 100% accuracy

Out of five people that have checked from my son’s school: three have it (accept, waitlist, reject from UCLA) and two don’t have the id (both rejected from UCLA). Can this be certain?

They wouldn’t give out the actual student ID to people who didn’t get into Berkeley. The ID that you see is used for various services that you use as a student in Cal. Also this method has worked for the past 6 years or so. I’m pretty sure that having an ID is a great sign of acceptance.

Also someone said he has been sued before from a family I dunno if that’s true so maybe he has to cover his bases

has anyone recieved an ID today? I have also found out that they usually update many other people’s IDs leaeding up to decision day as well.

There are rumors of a handful….
A few people earlier claimed they looked after the first “wave”, and didn’t have the ID, then later got it.
I haven’t seen any persuasive evidence that some one who didn’t make first wave, later got ID. But my standard is dated pics before & after..
