Did they debunk the 2024 post? I’m confused so person who said they had forbidden and an id was waitlisted? Did they participate in a program before? Ugh
also, there was literally ONE person who had an ID and got waitlisted. it must have been some other factor like dual degree maybe. again, they would not create IDs for waitlists and have not for 6 straight years. unless they are changing it this year, (we will know if more IDs come by thursday and its a really high number) then ID = acceptance, no ID= waitlist/reject

i applied dual degree, does that mean my id is not representative of an acceptance? can other people who applied to a DD program tell us if they have an id or not
Has anyone gotten an id today that did not have one yesterday? do we think anymore will come out monday for a l&s bio major ?

Yes, a couple people above shared that they got an ID today.
My first 4 digits are 3041. I applied to Berkeley/Science Po late 2024 (I never submitted the application, but I’m assuming I had to have had an ID right?), I don’t remember specific timeframe. I think around November.

Is there any international student applying to chem major at chemistry college who get an ID? And I wonder, if I’ve done a summer program at other UC, does the campus solution still work for me?
No one can know for sure until the decisions are released, but I’d put money on anyone being accepted if they try the campus solutions method and the page shows name and ID # in upper right corner.
With all due respect, gumbymom is biased against portal astrology, so her opinion on this is questionable.
This method has been correct for a number of years. And there is no reason to believe that the university would assign anyone SIS credentials (iD#), unless they were to be offered admittance.
The only caveat I have is regarding people who had received a SIS credential (ID#) earlier, due to previously attending a course/program.

honestly, i do not know. they mentioned above the waitlisted guy with an ID did DD, but it could’ve been another factor we don’t know about. i could not tell you, sorry. wish u luck though, hopefully it indicates acceptance for you!
Now I see why you kept asking about waitlist. Unfortunately my research leads me to believe your case is TBD until Thursday. Reason is that you should have created a UCB specific account for your dual program supplemental application.
You will be prompted to create an account through UC Berkeley before you can access the Sciences Po Supplemental Application. This account is not linked to the account you will create for the University of California application

It would be nice if one could create another Google doc to collect data for those attended UCB programs prior than they applied UCB…….
Just a thought……. Looks like more ppl did the summer program things or other programs

Click on that person from 2024 you can see previous comments they posted in something called science pro at cal that you have to apply to hopefully this is a previous ID thing

I am not going to sugarcoat it, I have been overthinking this for the past few days and almost all day today, I have not recieved an ID yet.
Ive seen people even from last year (that confirmed this method), that said it worked for them 2 days before decisions, and others said they got it on a differing day.
Are most ID’s in portals already in? Are there waves? Is there still a strong chance of it changing in the next few days?

I agree I’m OOS and have had no interaction with berkeley before so I think I may be fine since I have the ID. I’m sure that other OOS people will be the same.
@Pi_Lover (i’m using this to reply due to 30 min gap between posts) I think that most of the ID’s are still in but there probably is a very very slim chance that they will continue to upload ID’s over the coming days since they have to admit 14000 people. Also considering the fact that some people got ID’s today there may be some ID’s given out this week. Regardless you probably will be fine even if you don’t get into Berkeley, it’s just a school no need to obsess over it.
