yeah I think it was probably a mass email to those who applied to college of letters and science.I applied to chemical biology, which is at the college of chemistry and did not receive that email. The only emails I’ve received from ucb are all of the alumni scholarship emails.
Time I would guess is 5pm PST. Like UCLA, and at the close of their offices.

UC GPA: 4.08
UW GPA: 3.86
SAT: 2120
But my UC GPA is where it is because of my sophomore year (I did not take any weighted classes because I didn’t know school mattered!!). I got a 3.66 W Freshmen year, a 3.66 W sophomore year, and a 4.5 W junior year (first time ever getting straight A’s). I was hoping that the big improvement would help me but now I’m doubting it 
I got wait listed at UCLA and I’m hoping like crazy for ucb. My stats are
UW GPA: 4.0
UC GPA: 4.21
Sat: 2100
Act: 32
So I’m feeling screwed lol

My D just got an email telling her to check out the UC Berkeley FPF for freshmen in the fall. Does that mean anything? She has not been admitted and the email stated the decision would be available on the 24th. Just wondering if anyone out there can shed some light on it. I’m just joining this post now so I’m sorry if this question has already been asked and answered.
@amy989 I think everyone (as far as I know) who applied to the College of Letters and Science has gotten that email.
So, I believe that it does not mean anything for admission into Berkeley. Good luck!
