Does anyone know when we will be notified the decisions?
I don’t think waitlists will hit until next week. They didn’t know the total number of students until the end of Tuesday if I am not mistaken. Hopefully today, I am not sure of timing though.
Berkeley admission office has live chat now at https://admissions.berkeley.edu/
Multiple people have asked about waitlist decisions this morning. The representative has always been super vague and keeps repeating the same thing like “You’ll be notified by the end of this month” and “We don’t have a specific date and time”.
In 2018, Transfer waitlist decisions came out on June 7th, but last year in 2019 almost everyone got rejected and found out on June 18th. Basically if you don’t get in by next week your odds are lower. We should hear back by 3:00 pm sometime soon or even today.
I feel like we will hear back around the 10th, they extended the SIR deadline a couple of days. I don’t think they would have done that if they were at capacity. I also think because they didn’t get a complete list until a couple of days ago decisions won’t be out until at least next week. We will see though.
anyone get any updates?
nothing for me
Also nothing for me. It should be next week I guess. Feeling tortured?
nothing for me. Wait for next week
nothing for me either ,everyone its next week! (around june 7th - june 12th)
Yup, it should be next week!
Guys, the decision could also come during the weekends. I got my UCLA transfer appeal decision on May 30th which was on Saturday at 7.10pm EST
Nothing
Nothing today. It’s called “wait-list” for a reason.
@1290student did you get in to UCLA? With your appeal? Can I know your major?
@1290student @WhalesDeluxe I appealed UCLA also but haven’t gotten an answer back yet I heard they took like 0 freshmen I haven’t found anyone who has been accepted yet.
@WhalesDeluxe @“UCLA22CogSci/LINGCS” I was rejected from UCLA.
But I am optimistic for Berkeley.
Nothing yet, hopefully, next week they start sending out some acceptances.
My school made a major error on my app for UCLA so I am hoping that may help me.
