@ericbadmon I’m sorry you were rejected, but suggesting there is a bias against southern Californians is hilarious. Nearly every transfer I meet is from San Diego.

Essays: out of a 10 scale I would say somewhere between a 8-10. My friend who used to work in college admissions helped edit them.
