Got in for electrical engineering!
In state
4.0 unweighted
4.36 uc weighted
4.73 fully weighted.
Not much community service.
Good tech internship, human rights club, and a bunch of smaller ecs. My advice is to focus on a few strong activities, and relate them to your intended major. If you are engineering or stem, it’s really important to continue calculus in senior year, even if you took Ap Calc junior year. The UCs want students who have just taken calculus and honestly might reject you if you don’t. Take the hardest stem aps, and make your senior year the most difficult because you can still be accepted with a 3.0 average with no Ds and minimal Cs senior year. Also show your creative side with other hobbies you might have, and write about work experience.
He has such a great stats. I am sure he will get off waitlist if he is interested to go.
You already have great option in Purdue , Ohio State and Texas A&M. Hope some of them came with scholarship given his awesome stats
Does number of a-g courses mean per semester or per year (i.e. two semesters of a class equals one or two a-g courses)?
Has anyone received an email yet?
Yes
Thank you!!
per semester
