I called in last Friday and Admission office admin told me the WL is active up until August. I’m not sure this is correct, maybe someone can call in to confirm.
I called today (Monday 6/23). The rep stated that the waitlist can go beyond June 30. They are still evaluating and can’t give any definitive answers. I admit…it’s quite frustrating to keep waiting.

We haven’t heard anything. This year is bad because of budget cuts and potential removal of ‘dreamers’ funding.

There has been some denials from the waitlist posted today on Reddit mostly Transfers but one Freshman waitlisted student posted a denial.

My Freshman daughter is still waiting to here on the waitlist any updates. She is a Biology major. Trying to figure out whether to book her flight to her alternative school.
For the last 4 years, UC Davis has not taken anyone off the waitlist in July so I would move on.
I was told the WL is active until August. Crazy! This unprecedented…Blame DOGE if you must.

It has been emphasized by many that Waitlist AKA “Soft-rejected” list. Parents/students should treat it accordingly, especially it is the end of July.
