<p>Kudos i think you are stuck with the majors you put down for ucla. I am pretty sure they won’t reconsider your application unless it is for the majors you listed. I’m a history major, and I really want to study film as well. But i’m a coward and wasn’t brave enough to put it down as my major like you did kudos. Goodluck with the decision kudos i hope you get into the film program.</p>

<p>Sandkicks, yeah I sort of wish I would’ve applied for a different major. But then I thought, “I want to study film, and I won’t compromise it just to get into the school.” So I took a chance, and I’ll live with the decision. I think a rejection will only serve to motivate me to prove 'em wrong.</p>
<p>Yeah, I tell a lot of people I know that I want to study film and they always say I should just go for it. But I really want to go to UCLA. I like both film and history tho. I want to be a film archivist/preservationist so it is good to have both.</p>
<p>Is anyone else receiving emails from UCLA’s Student Affairs re: different events and invitations to participate in things? I just received an invite to a Leadership and Activism academy (Poli Sci Major). Perhaps I’m getting my hopes up for nothing…lol</p>

<p>i’ve never received any emails from ucla… and now i find out that their admissions is rolling… wow. I have a feeling that i’m going to be pending until mid may, then rejected.</p>

<p>I went to bed at 12 yesterday, barely fell asleep at 2:30. Pretty awful night of sleep. THne had to wake up 7:00 to take an Ochem exam. :(</p>
