Does anyone got off the wailist with computer engineer major??? it’s alreay mid may and i still havent recieve any news. I wish they can just tell me if they reject me.

Thx! @ucgogo Lowkey just happy I avoided a four-course sequence of spanish for Revelle College xD took the placement exam and I got 1D/1DX or 2A, so after this course, I’ll be done! Definitely choosing 1D/DX over 2A (Spanish Literature) to keep my GPA high xD
I submitted an appeal over a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything
Still waiting to hear back LOL! I mean, I’m 100% going to UCSD regardless of the decision. I just find it irritating that it is past June 1 and the admissions department still hasn’t made final decisions

no @xbunny I believe everyone has been denied as of this point. If one has not received the denied letter from the waitlist on UCI Portal, they are probably still updating it for everyone

This was on my daughter’s UCI portal. She was on the waitlist but seems like this may be true for everyone on the waitlist still hoping to hear back.
Wat about appeals? Are they gonna reject all apeals too?
