@jessieg2018 I dont know who has been rejected. I have heard a few. So far it has been mostly acceptances and a few waitlist/rejections. I am assuming that in the upcoming days the # of acceptances will decrease and other two will increase.

@SweetCaliforniaWeather-12 - I don’t know about film, but I recall seeing a whole conversation of CSUs and film school (including CSULA) - I’d do a search and find that. Good luck!
I think it is cruel that the colleges dont release admission decisions on the same day / time. They play these games and tease us, torture us. I think it is not fair.
Not sure if there is a format for this but I’ll just list off my stats as orderly as possible

Essays: in my opinion they were pretty mediocre, had some friends in ap lit and 2 teachers go over them and said they were good
Extracurriculars: Key club, Language club
Awards: some awards from my school for maintaining gpa over 4.0, congressional art competition 1st place 2017 and judges choice 2016
Let me know if I am missing anything. I’m still surprised I was accepted.
@Uchopeful2022 I completely agree. Several of my schools did that and it was horrible. I just wish colleges would get to the point instead of toying with us applicants. Only waiting on UCI and UCB.

Waiting: UCI, Berkeley. Stanford, and some ivys.
I am not going to give up hope yet 
One of friends got into UCI today, his major is theatre and his stats are relatively low (sat: 1170). I wish UCI would hurry up, my stats are significantly higher and I’ve heard nothing. Depressing.

Is UCI sending applications based on major? My first choice major is business economics and the second choice is unaffiliated undeclared. Should I assume a waitlist/rejection?
As far as I can tell it isn’t by major or by last name. There are still lots of acceptances yet to come out so just be patient.
Anyone from nursing heard back yet?? I saw 2 people applying for nursing but got undeclared instead or their alternate.
@marcovan He checked around noon I believe, he must have gotten it today thought because I asked him on Friday and he didn’t have a decision yet.
@CopperlineX2 it’s okay we all have a lot going on.:). our boys are very similar in grades and sports. Although my s is in mechanical engineering and he started a recycling program at his school to raise money for the sports program so he has over 300 cs hours and he also worked. Really weird that he doesn’t seem to be rewarded for that.
