@ama1999 Mine used to say that my file was complete and my award would be available shortly, until today when it asked for the extra documents. It looks like they’re just verifying the fasfa though, not really asking for any new information.

I just called again too. The woman I talked to said it could take up to late July or early August. The people they have answering the calls don’t really seem to know what’s going on though. She put on hold like three times for two basic questions.

Sorry but that isn’t true. I have heard that people have gotten off. Check the waitlist College confidential page.

I have heard of a couple people getting off of it too, but they are saying they’re not going to finish accepting and rejecting appeals and waitlists until late July/early August.

Is anyone planning to go to the freshman edge/summer bridge thing? I feel like it’s a good opportunity to transition to college life, but I think it’s also a waste of money+I havent had a true long summer since freshman year, so I kinda wanna value my summer time… I don’t know…

@orionary Summer Bridge is under Freshman Edge and “…most students eligible for Freshman Summer Bridge will have all of their expenses covered by the Summer Bridge Scholarship. Some students who do not meet the requirements for full aid may be offered partial scholarships.”
