Admitted in state business econ as well
not seeing too many social science majors get off the waitlist (except for econ!), so i’m wondering if certain majors were released first? maybe not, but either way here’s to hoping next week we’ll all get good news from the waitlist <3 we got this!

No, since there is no guarantee all the admitted students today will accept their spots so if some decline, then the spots will be open again.

I got off for cognitive science today in-state!

UCSD will keep rolling out admits until all spots are filled.

DS(In-state) got in for Business Economics Major. He received email around 4 pm. His two friends got off the waitlist for AI from the same school

Congrats! Do they all plan to commit over there? Are you from NorCal?
Yes from Bayarea. He and his friends are leaning towards it. He has to decide by 14th..
my dad still thinks it’s a waste of money even if i get a job to pay for the commitment fees. idk what to do
for the initial acceptance, it took a few days after committing to get everything set up to be able to receive the housing link and apply
