My housing msg didn’t change today 
Guess I should just prepare myself for a rejection. Not gonna lie, this freakin sucks…
My housing message changed last Friday.
GPA 3.71(fall) 3.76(winter)
I applied computer science but it is impacted this year…really worried…
dont give up @woahwhat ! like someone said earlier, the reason your housing message didn’t change was because they didn’t look at your application yet. and imo, i believe that it’s true. also, know that there are others that got in with the “bad” housing message. so keep your chin up and hope for the best.
Hasn’t it been proven that the housing message means nothing? Just because you don’t have the “good message,” doesn’t mean you’re rejected. I don’t think there is a correlation with a housing message and your potential acceptance or denial. Just wait a until you have an actual decision. This is madness ha ha.

when we get our decisions can we post the housing msg as well? im really curious if there is a correlation. and i think the incoming transfer students are going to want to know too haha
they tried doing it last year ^ but ultimately failed haha.

@Thiger where has it been disproved? I went through 2013 and 2014 threads and everyone single person that stated they had the “good” housing message got in. There is strong evidence to suggest it is in indicator.
lol so if it is like last year, ucsd will post around 4-5pm while ucla at 5pm…wow this is going to be a roller coaster

@Melissa1995 yes, that is the “good” message. Remember that there is no evidence confirming nor denying the hypothesis that is floating around. Take this trick with a grain of salt hopefully, we can provide input regarding this “housing trick” after we receive notice.
