@bella913 That’s the worst! I am sort of the same way. You might’ve seen earlier, but I’m at an all-guys Catholic school. It’s rough being a liberal in that environment. It’s fun though, because they’re so uninformed that it’s easy to just either mess with them or shut them up! :^)

@bella913 Trump supporters exist!? I thought they were an urban myth or something… Everyone in my school uses him as an example of the epitome of stupidity and ignorance to crack jokes…
My school is VERY liberal. One of my classes has a republican. That’s it.
While I am liberal myself I’m always annoyed at the mindset of “if it’s what a liberal believes, I believe it!” and there really isn’t room for debate. I hope wherever I end up for college is different.
@jacobpilawa I totally understand! Although I will say that I’m glad they actually want to discuss these topics, it’s just hard to take the conversation far when they keep making the same point over and over again.
@mollikinz I am 100% sure it will be different! I try to have the discipline to approach every topic with an unbiased opinion and not take partisan views, but everything is so interconnected that it’s hard to find a person who is 50% lib/50% con on issues, you know!?
@rhdhtai I didn’t think they did, especially in SoCal. The argument I’ve been hearing lately from the supporters in my school is that they don’t agree with his radical views on immigration (no one should go as far as Trump has anyway) but they like the fact that he’ll just make everyone rich.

I know so many Donald supporters. I worked an event where I got hit by a cane of a lady trying to get a good seat to hear him speak. I’ve seen him twice in person its insane, he’s real haha
I think so too. At least I want a place where people will listen long enough to hear the other side out, y’know? Whenever the sole republican in my class talks I hear a collective groan. @jacobpilawa
@betcalit I have a feeling the release will be soon. Or the announcement. He really wants the R+L=J reveal to come from him, not the show. So if he’s going to beat out the show, he’s gonna have to finish up in the next few weeks.
@jacobpilawa they honestly don’t give any thought to how he’ll make this happen, they just know he’s promising to make them rich. This is literally the only argument I’ve heard from Trump supporters at my school.
@bella913 The argument that I always hear is that “He’s such a successful businessman that I trust him for the country!” It’s just don’t support that because a business != a country, but oh well. :^)

@mollikinz I feel like almost any college will offer a nice spread of ideologies. Now, whether the students are well informed enough to hold a debate is another story at some places…
He only had a small loan of a million dollars to start his business, too.
