Waitlisted for EE.
I haven’t seen anyone get in for educational science, do I have a chance or what? Is it all waitlist and rejections from here on out? I’m honestly getting tired of continuously checking my portal. Most of the people I know that have applied haven’t gotten a decision yet either. Soooo what does this mean
Like I wanna stay positive but I also don’t wanna get my hopes up and be rejected. Is there a chance they’re still rolling out acceptances?

“Is there a waiting list?
No, the Nursing Science program does not maintain a waiting list.”
@Walnutmom if waitlisted when having applied to the nursing program, you are waitlisted to be considered for the 2nd choice major
Checked portal at 6 pm in the evening. Waiting list. Bio Sci major.
Seems all are waiting list in today evening.

Has anyone been accepted for engineering yet. I’m still waiting for undeclared engineering. This wait is killing me.
Accepted: UC Davis
Rejected: UCLA, UCSB
Waitlist: UCSD
Very sad, but those who have not yet received a decision will most likely get a rejection. This whole rolling stuff is truly torturing. Pray that everybody will have a good result whether you’re accepted by UCI or not.
The portal will be on maintenance from 1:20-2:00am. Might be the rejection wave or for those who have slight hope… a small wave of acceptances. Who knows, but I’m expecting the worst…
My S got waitlisted too and it clearly stated “Major: Nursing Science” so i wonder if the website is outdated?! Nonetheless, he’s going to CSULB.? Good luck and God bless to all. This thread has helped me during these past several days. A waitlist (esp for Nursing) is not promising at all but any decision was very much appreciated after those gruesome days of waiting.

@Gina115 @Walnutmom from what I have learned from past years threads, being waitlisted for the nursing science major means that if you get off the waitlist, UCI will either admit you for your second choice major or -if you didn’t list a second major - as undeclared.
Does anyone know the % of people on the waitlist rhat actually get admitted to uci?
