@2Roadsdiverged It is one of those bluish square-like templates that they usually send but this time… they reveal a somewhat obvious clue as to your admission status by saying “YOUR” (e.g. life as a bruin) and where do “YOU” (e.g. fit in). And it is from a different email “newbruins”.

@IBGuy101 Hmm… I’m not sure what it could mean. I feel like you might be reading a little too much into it. They send emails like this all the time. The new email address is pretty interesting, but who knows if it really means anything? Maybe I’d have to see it in person. I’ll keep checking to see if I receive anything.

@IBGuy101 I think it might mean something since the bulk emails are just from admissions while this one is from new bruins.
@IBGuy101 My D got this email today. Didn’t notice the different email address. Don’t think it means much. Few more weeks left and you will know for sure.

I got the email today too and noticed the different email address. Really hoping it means something… but I doubt it is indicative of anything 
But… was there anyone who didn’t get the email?

Yea, and not to put @2Roadsdiverged on the sidelines, but it is not a mass email since they did not get it (I’m assuming).
@2Roadsdiverged Are you sure you didn’t get it? Hm… check your spam folder and if you’re using gmail, be sure to check out all three tabs, Primary, Social, and Promotions. Mine was in the promotion folder, not in the main inbox.
@mdlego Nope, nothing. I checked Promotions first since that’s usually where they are sent to. Nothing in Spam either.

I really don’t want to get my hopes up but jeez… these subtle hints from colleges (or maybe we are all just over-analyzing everything) are driving me nuts!!
Anyone know if this newbruins email was ever mentioned in last year or previous years UCLA thread?
I also received the new one. Trying not to let my hopes get high lol, I think it’s just another promotional.

Can people post stats of those who got the emails and those who didn’t? I think it’d be more helpful in determining what’s going on.
