@bryanngocpham @UCLAParent123 Thanks for making it more clear to me. I really don’t want to get my hopes up either but I really would love to be accepted. I fell in love with the school since forever ago and it’s a beautiful campus and has an amazing reputation. I really hope all of us get accepted. We’ve made it through the 30th on the day there were appeal rejections so hopefully we get our acceptances soon!

@UCLAParent123 @samkr14 @bryanngocpham Do you guys know how many reject waves there are? I’ve seen a ton of rejections so far and it seems like us four have survived so far. We should definitely be friends because we’ll be apart of the miracle class of 2024.

Last years thread only had about 2 or 3 rejection waves. That’s also a reason why I’m so hopeful, when I shouldn’t be. Hopefully we get accepted soon
Looks like they have not gotten to all the appeals yet. Seems like rejections are rolling out slowly, unfortunately.

According to the 2022 thread, appeal acceptances were released 2 weeks after the denials.
So for this year it looks like the appeal decisions coincide with the waitlist decisions. Did this happen last year too?
This year could be different tho because of COVID…there may more appeal acceptances this year! Also, I think i’d be a little hopeful too because there were already 2 appeal rejections waves so far!
I think there were 3 appeal reject waves actually. One on the 30th, one on May 1st, and one today.
@Light732 This didn’t happen last year because there was no COVID at that time…i think this year it will coincide with waitlists because of COVID
Also I plan on going in as a biochem or neurosci major in L&S!

@thianos how do you know that they haven’t gotten to all the appeals yet? They already rejected appeals on 4/30 and today and those people submitted theirs in later…when did you submit your appeal?
