I knew that I would get rejected since the acceptance rate is only 11% for communications
Good job everyone for all of your hard work!
p.s. I still don’t know whether to go to UNC Chapel Hill or UMich…any advice will be very helpful! I’m thinking about going to dental school afterwards!
JakeRice - First, please don’t be too down on yourself. The application process for UCLA and Cal is insane: the schools’ 23% acceptance rate for transfers is less than the FRESHMAN acceptance rates for the other top rated public universities: UMichigan, UVA, UNC, and Texas. Secondly, I see you applied to 4 schools, two of which are a crapshoot. I don’t know what happened with Cal Poly, but unless there’s something odd in your application, you should get into UCSD. Keep us posted, and I’ll keep you in my prayers.
