@bigtawm wow congrats on your acceptance!! Do you have any idea how they are deciding to go through the applications for CS? Also did you apply before or after the application priority date (November 30th)?
Is there anyone who TAG’d but still hasn’t received a decision? I’m getting scared now. It should only take a couple minutes to see if we got the requirements done or not. 
Have been TAG’d into UCSB but haven’t heard back yet!!! Pre-Econ with GPA 3.64 ( major GPA 4.0). Already got accepted into UCSC. At cc, people who weren’t tagged heard back already. People who WERE tagged did not hear back yet!
@Cambriaflygirl my friend who tagged heard back first day ( March 21) with acceptance to Biology.
I was accepted into the L&S college at UCSB and UCSD without a TAG, but I TAG’d to Davis and have not heard back yet. I think UCD takes longer because they actually read essays — SB and SD decisions are based entirely on stats. As long as you TAG’d and fulfilled the requirements, you’re in! Don’t fret.

@lexluther96 I TAG’d Davis too, but heard back like a month after. Did you check on your UC TAP account? That’s where I found my response from them.
Or do you mean you haven’t gotten your official acceptance?

you shouldn’t stress at all. it’s a guarantee, you’re going to get in no matter what.(assuming you satisfied all TAG contract conditions) I mean even if your tag gets voided, your gpa is pretty strong for the major honestly.
uh I was gonna do stuff like housing apps early to take advantage of having gotten admitted earlier than most people, but I found out there’s nothing advantageous about it. We all have to wait till may 1st for housing app to open anyways. So don’t stress haha
@Cambriaflygirl I forgot to ask when did you turn in your reg application and TAU? I turned my original regular application in after the priority deadline which is nov 31st, but turned my TAU in before the priority deadline which was on Jan 31st.

I’m going to get a single dorm + meal plan cuz dorming is once in a life time experience you know. Yeah we missed the freshman experience so it’s not like the original, but junior experience is going to be one of a kind as well honestly. senior year prob gon get studio. I’ll be bringing my car as well, from Portland haha 14 hour drive

@doihaveashot2016 Oh yeah, I heard back like a month later as well. I was referring to the official notification. It still says “under review” on my portal.
