Hey! So computer engineering is a capped major at ucsd! Basically, the process is as undeclared is you can take college general requirements, and any classes you would possibly find interesting or want to study more. (ex. if you really are interested in neuroscience you might take a neuroscience elective). If you do want to switch into computer engineering, you would take the courses needed to “apply” for that major then you would fill out an application to submit. I would not worry too much, as there are so many majors at ucsd and you definitely have a strong chance to switch into it! Best of luck in your college process, and go where you feel will be the best fit for you
