@Julieta2321 link wouldn’t work. Is it in a email or on portal?

It was working before acceptances started. Someone had posted the link but now its not working.

Rejected for Biochemistry
GPA: 4.2
ACT: 24
Included SAT II but they were <600

My scores are really low, decision was expected
In state, first gen
My essays were really good, made my proofreaders cry
Lots of EC including volunteer work that exceeded 500 hours

Waitlisted at UCLA, don’t know how that happened…

@CopperlineX2 Yes you’re right! I’ll wait until April 1 now before reaching any conclusion. Ugh, I don’t know when will this anticipation of landing safely on a college campus end!!

Anyone know of it is possible to transfer into Jacobs/Biomedical Engineering as a continuing student at UCSD?

D didn’t get the Bioengineering major she preferred (but got 2nd choice CogSci). I think she’s wondering what the process/odds are for entering jacobs later. Anyone know?

Sucks that I got in undeclared for CS. Hate the capped major system at SD.

Is neurobiology capped?

D applied for ME but was accepted at Warren as undeclared. WGPA 4.2 UWGPA 3.9, SAT 1510, extracurriculars in robotics and theatre arts, same job since 16, will graduate HS with 51 credits taken at CA Community College plus 2 AP classes in high school in Physics and Calculus. Although UC schools in general say they’ll accept CA Community College credits towards general ed. classes, UCSD seems to have completely different requirements so I don’t know how that will affect her GE classes taken already. Anyone with experience with that? Due to her being accepted as undeclared with that many units behind her, it’s not looking promising that she’ll attend. She really wants to major in engineering.

Accepted to Revelle as a Political Science-International Relations Major!!!
In State
SAT: 1550 (800 english, 750 math)
UC GPA: 4.33, UW: 3.8
Strong essays and EC’s
Results thus far: Accepted to UVA (OOS), U Mich (OOS), BU (Questrom School of Business), and Northeastern (Merit scholarship). Denied ED by Penn, RD by Johns Hopkins, and RD by UCLA. Waitlisted at Wash U St. Louis and UC Davis

Rejected to bioengineering
In-state
4.0/4.23 UW/W GPA
1520 SAT (780 CR/740 M)
LOTS of extracurriculars, volunteer, and work hrs (major-related)

Already got into CPSLO and UC Davis for BME

ACCEPTED!!!

Major: Human Biology
College: Roosevelt

UC GPA: 3.25
Sat: 1360
Subject tests - Bio M: 720 - Math 2: 640

Essays: Personally I think they were amazing

Dream school since I was 8

Does anyone know what the acceptance rate of UCSD was this year?

does ucsd have regents? if so, when are regents scholars notified? or would they have already been notified with their acceptance letter yesterday

@traveler2000 regents are notified next week

Did anyone get into Bioengineering for the class of 2022? I got into UCSD, but as undeclared even though I applied for Bioengineering.

Is it worth going and try to apply for a switch into Bioengineering? Or should I go to a college where I already got into Biomedical Engineering directly?

ACCEPTED
OOS

Major: Political Science International Relations
College: Muir
UC GPA: 4.38
SAT I: 1390
SAT II: n/a

Can we switch colleges? I got into my first choice, Muir, but I would like to go to Warren. Is there anything we can do?

ACCEPTED

Electrical Engineering
UC GPA 4.29
ACT: 35

National Merit Finalist

Accepted!

33 ACT, 4.1 UC GPA, OOS Student

One question I have is, if I was accepted to Marshall College, do I have to live in the Marshall suites? Because I have heard Muir is better for one’s social life and it would be nice if I could live their instead.
