How are you not sure if you fulfilled IGETC? Can’t you just look at the classes you took and the classes that are required?

So . . . they really just “shuffle” the applications? Then why hasn’t a single person posted that they’ve been rejected yet? There must be some rhyme or reason to it. . . .

True, but some rejections have been posted for other schools. It’s a little odd that there hasn’t been a single one for UCSD. Oh well. There are people with amazing stats that say they’re still waiting, so I’m not TOO worried. Although it will officially be ridiculous if I hear back from Cal before UCSD.

Tekierz–I, as well as others, really appreciate you posting that info on the site. I think it calmed a lot of us down. I won’t be so stressed out about everything now that I know things are pretty much set for me.

So… Thanks and I’ll let you guys know when/if I get accepted.

I agree with aquafinaa, thank you so much Tekierz.

I was so angry today because there is about 9- 10 days left and I still didn’t get anything. Then I read your post, and felt better. I don’t know why I felt better even though we were all going to find out anyway, haha.

Sweetpotato, I’m trying to transfer away from UCSB, so I’m in the same boat as you lol (not being from a CC) BUT I have to say that UCSB is an amazing school If UCSD wasn’t my dream school, then I would be perfectly happy here.

@lav, i’m reasonably confident that when people hear back, they’ll take it upon themselves to let us know – and when i say ‘reasonably confident’, what i really mean is that i’m undoubtedly sure.

texierz was saying that the UCSD rep told him that they should have the decisions posted by the middle of this week or the beginning of next week. so the remaining applicants should find out pretty soon!!

i could be the only one that didn’t know this but…

if you applied to ucsd before you have to physically click “fall quarter 2009” and then click select term…

that delayed my acceptance to ucsd for a good couple of hours because i thought the congratulations would have just popped up. good luck everyone! i hope this helps someone!
