What are they chances that they actually release tomorrow? 50? Higher?
Who else was able to sign themselves up for housing? I don’t want to be THAT kind of post, just wondering since we’ve been led on so many times with when we should be hearing back…
@farmfreshed1 My friend who attends the school, said she received her notification on a Sunday. So there’s still hope for the weekend.

If what someone says is true, in that they historically out the same time as Davis, then they will come out today since Davis has confirmed that they will send out decisions today at 5pm. So it could be today.
Good luck to everyone waiting. I hope that today is the day you will hear. When my D heard last year it was late afternoon on Friday.

I’m waiting on UCSD and UCLA decisions. The word is they are released today, and I received TWO of the SAME e-mail within 15 minutes of each other yesterday @ 530/545

Could this mean UCSD and UCLA submitted decisions and thus the financial aid office has also been informed?
Not sure what this means; just find all of this fascinating. lol
@ricardomata83 If UCSD was the only school you applied to than maybe. Its more likely gathered from information you submitted with your fasfa though.

When I got accepted to UCSB I did not get this e-mail - I just logged in to their portal and it gave me the unofficial financial aid summary.
I just found it strange that it would be two e-mails of the same kind as I’m waiting for two schools to release there decisions on the same day. (UCSD , UCLA)
but no one else seems to have received this e-mail.
@ricardomata83 I got the same email. that information is only gathered from FAFSA. its only been sent because you APPLIED to a CSU/UC school. it says it in the email and on their site. You get specific rewards and such AFTER you are admitted
I’ve received that email as well, and I doubt it has anything to with decisions. The email is simply informing us that we may qualify for a scholarship due to the information we submitted with our FASFA.
@Hikachu21 thanks for confirming - as long as someone else got this e-mail; than you are right - it could mean nothing; just strange that it would resend the same e-mail, did you receive a duplicate one minutes later?
@ricardomata83 I got both of those emails also spread out by exactly 10 minutes. I also applied to both UCSD and UCLA. Don’t think it means much though but hopefully I’m wrong haha
I didn’t apply to UCLA and still got 2 emails, so I don’t think it means much
UC Davis confirmed to release the decision on 4/22/2016 (today) after 5PM. When you call their undergraduate admissions, the automatic voice message announce the information. UCSD used to releasing their decision on the same date when UC Davis releases their decision… Hopefully, we can see something other than “Thank you for applying…”
If decisions don’t come out today for UCSD I will actually faint by 7 pm. :-S
