@c0llegeguy @muffinpoptarte thanks so much for the input. ya muffin I checked the various college GE reqs and some (like revelle for instance) have ridiculous GE reqs. I’ll definitely finish in the summer, hopefully I can be IGETC certified early enough

@hailey5799 or UCSD could just say screw you UCLA and Berkeley and release admissions on the 30th. At least it’s not like Georgetown whome had a rolling admission all the way tell june 14th and a waitlist tell August.
@Mycatsnameispups I wouldn’t opt in for that waitlist, or wait till June 14th, I’d accept another university’s offer and be on my way, I heard USC was really bad last year too.
On the other hand if UCSD comes after Berkeley, and I hypothetically somehow get accepted into either Berkeley or UCLA then I will withdraw my application.

Multiple counselors, online forums, my father who went to grad school for engineering. I know med school does for sure, maybe Certain majors only care about the major related courses. But most grad schools look at overall gpa in addition to your major gpa, so your CC goes into that. Also, you could be taking some prereqs while you’re still in CC. I don’t think it’s safe to assume that grad schools across the board don’t look at CC grades based on the fact that you know some people who told you that they didn’t. There might be some majors that don’t care, but from what if seen they usually do look at your CC. It’s the equivalent to the underclass man years of someone who attended a 4 year throughout college
