Hey grimes how’s the internet speed?

Hope it’s good. Slow and terrible internet will be the death of me.

E: where’s the room assignment info at?

Hey it says I have no room assignment on file. What the heck

But the speed was 68mbps up, 31mbps down. I ran another test last night at 2AM and got 252mbps/38mbps.

Holy moley that’s like industrial strength. I wonder if the whole building shares that because that’s gonna be suck during the peak time

I was on the internet earlier at a peak time and I was getting 55Mbps. It’s darn fast here.

Yeah it’s definitely quick.

That’s great. So everything is wireless or are there ethernet ports I can use? Also a Rosevile dude hey I’m from Fair Oaks haha

Everything is wireless although I do believe there are a couple wired connections within the suits.

252mbs download

me gusta

It’s all wireless, BUT if you need it there’s an Ethernet jack in each room, you just have to bring/buy the cable.

@washow I love finding people from up north down here thumbs up

what date can we move in for fall semester? I am about to book the hotel right now so i want to know. Thanks

September 17th is when the lease starts you’ll be assigned a move in time later in the summer. However for a early move in fee (31 dollars a day for incoming students) you can move in as early as the 10th.

I will probabaly be moving in at least 3 days early to avoid the zoo of move-in day. I am looking forward to it!

yeah I’m willing to pay like a $100 to move in earlier. I sent an email to my roommate and he didn’t reply.

foreveralone

@RunMRC

He probabaly just hasn’t checked his university email. Only 1 out of 3 of the people living in my suite have contacted me back.

As a side note, the /r/UCSD is pretty lively and friendly. I’m starting to really like the idea of that campus.

what’s /r/UCSD?

Something instresting, it seems they didn’t fill out this year at The Village. I was sent an email encouraging me to tell my non-transfer UCSD friends to sign up for The Village.

someone take pictures of village east! =D
